This assignment was to illustrate the journey of carbon through an organism. Instead of just the journey of Carbon, I thought of Homer’s Ilead/Odyssey. I had not realized that there was already a book named Carbon’s Odyssey. I used this assignment as an opportunity to work with AI. What I realized is that using detailed descriptions to build images in steps works better than all at once and also avoids repetitive imagery that is out of place.
